Student Trouble Signing In

If you need assistance with something that is not addressed by the options below, please do not hesitate to reach out to Technical Support at 727-341-4357​

Please follow these password complexity requirements when setting your password:

  1. Cannot be a password you have previously used before.
  2. Must be at least 8 characters long.
  3. Cannot contain any of your personal information, such as, first name, last name, username, date of birth, social security number or student ID.
  4. Must contain characters from at least three of the following four categories:
  • One English upper-case letter (A-Z)
  • One English lower-case letter (a-z)
  • One number (0-9)
  • One non-alphanumeric (such as: !@#$)

​​​​​​​​​​If you have NOT set up your Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) with Microsoft, OR you forgot your security questions, OR you cannot access your phone or alternate email address

  1. ​ Follow these steps to reset your password:​​
  2.  Click this link -
  3.  Input personal information to have Your Password changed to a Temporary Password.​
  4.  Copy the Temporary Password supplied to you. You will need it shortly.
  5.  Click "Go to Log in" and use your SPC email address.  It will ask you to Update your Password.​
  7.  After logging in, please click the "Password Management" tile to set up your Self-Service password reset option with Microsoft so you do not have to go through these steps again.​

​​NOTE:  This process only allows you to change your password once every 24 hours.
