Student Trouble Signing In

If you need assistance with something that is not addressed by the options below, please do not hesitate to reach out to Technical Support.

Please follow these password complexity requirements when setting your password
  • The password cannot be one you've used previously.
  • The password must be at least 8 characters.
  • The password cannot contain any of your personal information, such as, first name, last name, username, date of birth, social security number or student ID.
  • The password must contain characters from at least three of the following four categories:
  • One English upper-case letter (A-Z)
  • One English lower-case letter (a-z)
  • One number (0-9)
  • One non-alphanumeric (such as: !@#$)

  2. Follow the steps to receive a temporary password.
  3. Log in with your SPC email address and temporary password.
  4. It will ask you to change it ("old password" = the temporary password).
  5. After logging in, please click "Password Management" tile to set up the self-service password reset option.

I don't know my password but I've setup Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) with questions/answers/method. How do I use SSPR?
